A Lesson in Negativity

I have had a few conversations with other Real Estate agents lately and one trend that has been being discussed is the lack of professionalism and courtesy when dealing with each other as well as our clients. While definitely a minority, these episodes reflect on us both as professionals as well as how we deal with each other as people.
I was reminded of a story (while true or not, is a matter of debate but the point remains the same) in which shortyly after the completion of the Berlin Wall, a tremendous amount of trash was dumped over the wall into West Berlin from East Berlin. Upon discovering the smoldering, rotten trash, the West Berliners responded by dumping over the wall food, clothing and medical supplies.
The point to be made here is that we all give what we have to give.
Some are a fountain of negativity, some are a fountain of positivity.
Return negativity with kindness and empathy and you will never be wrong.
Enjoy this beautiful Fall Season!
