My rehab project in Detroit’s Pingree Park neighborhood is just about 30 days out from hitting the Detroit real estate market! Work on this home began about a year and a half ago, and I’m so excited to give you this sneak peek of the what has been done.
We had to completely gut the home, but the original hardwood floors were saved and refurbished. We were also able to refurbish the home’s original windows. Our goal is to blend classic and modern design influences together, which we’ve been able to do thanks to some rather sexy materials.
